This home is in a lovely gated neighborhood, great for walking, and centrally located to many attractions in Naples. It was very well equipped, clean, and comfortable. Keith is an excellent host!

This was my second year in Briarwood/first stay in this house. It was wonderful! The house is great - on a quiet cul-de-sac and the pool is fantastic. It gets sun most of the day and we took full advantage. The house is beautifully decorated and well-appointed. The hosts Keith and Beth are the best. I am looking forward to many more visits in the future.

The house was beautiful, clean, well-supplied with everything we needed. We loved the pool, lanai and outdoor kitchen which we used daily. Keith, the manager, was very accommodating and responsive to our question and needs.

The house was BEAUTIFUL! Keith and his wife came over to introduce themselves because we had an issue (no fault of Keith’s! Completely my mistake!), but they made sure we didn’t need anything and were extremely friendly! The pictures do no justice to how amazing this house, pool and hot tub are! Very quiet and relaxing area! We highly recommend this place! If we return we would book this house all over again!

If you’re thinking about booking this home, JUST DO IT!!! You won’t regret it. The pool alone makes it worth it. Everything you could possibly need was there, all the way down to cleaning supplies, paper towels, filters for the coffee maker, etc. was like being at home.
